in the URL is says MIZER so it could be someone from malice mizer
plus he has eyes like Gackt so it could be him. and he was a former member of malice mizer

he looks like one of the members of Malice Mizer, japanese goth rock, but all j rock bands look alike, he could just be some random dude.
