Your pic didn't come up on your link. I would recommend putting cooled used tea bags (green tea or chamomile works best) or cucumber slices on them. Since you are getting plenty of rest and lack of sleep is not the culprit, there may be other factors that come into play such as heredity, vitamin K deficiency, too much chocolate, salty or high-fat foods, not enough water, or certain medications. Try sleeping on your back if your sleep on your stomach. Your best bet may be to consult your doctor or a dermatologist.

Sleep, maximum critically. Do you get 7-9 hours an afternoon? some medical doctors say something under 8. all and sundry's diverse even with the indisputable fact that - i choose 8 a million/2 or greater. Drink an excellent sort of water, and a few good pores and skin creams does no longer injury the two. attempt Olay's line of anti-wrinkle creams and such. They artwork very properly and don't spoil your monetary organisation.

The URL doesn't work. Can you fix it?
Dark bags or circles under your eyes can be a sign that you are not getting enough iron in your diet. You might also want to do something about your skin, which sounds oily--try an Aveeno facewash for oily skin. I have also heard that placing slices of potato or cucumbers under your eyes and laying down for awhile will help.

I know its going to sound gross but it really works. Rub some Preparation H (hemorrhoid cream) on the bags and it should reduce the puffiness dramatically. Sometimes my eyes get really bad if I'm up in the night and I use that and it works wonders!

I agree with the one above, I have bad allergies, and dark blueish
circles under my eyes, and had them since I can remember. My
mom HAD the same problem, got good allergy medicine and she uses Preperation H, and has them no more.

I can't see the picture, but cucumbers on your eyes usually work, trying laying down with them for awhile, they will freshen your face.

well your photo didn't come up...but I think I know what you're dealing with and I have the same prpblem, so I suggest that you put cool/cold teabags (green) on your eyes and see if that works... atleast it works for me.
