You should definately tell a doctor. Bleeding during pregnancy of any kind is a cause for concern. Especially that early. Hope everything works out.

It could be..

It is common to have some bleeding during ther early stages of pregnancy, but I'd be concerned about the clots. Please CALL YOUR DOCTOR right away and they will tell you if you should make an appointment, go to the ER, etc. I know this sounds gross, but save some of the blood/clots so the doctor can test it if he needs to.

If you are miscarrying this early please remember that it's not because of anything you did. Someting was wrong with the baby and it wasn't meant to be. Hopefully, the bleeding will turn out to be nothing. I had one miscarriage and went on to have 3 healthy children. Good luck to you and your baby.

Most likely yes. It happened to me so I layed down for awhile and it stopped. I called the doctor and he said to rest and if it is a miscarriage you will pass a pretty large matter that looks like liver. You should save it if you can. sounds gross but the doctor needs to look at it to make sure that it all comes out so you can avoid a D & C. I am sorry for your loss if it is a miscarriage I have been there twice and it is hard.

Sorry sweetie. I had the same thing at about 7 weeks this past summer. The ER doctors aren't really going to be able to do to much! There isn't away to stop a miscarriage, you should call your doctor though, they can give you an ultrasound to see if there is still a embryo in your sac.

It may be. You need an USS to confirm that. It on the other hand might be a symptom of ectopic pregnancy which is a life threatening condition and can be diagnosed easily with USS. Seek medical advice.
