Where can I get a script of Gaston Leroux's Phantom of the Opera for my High School? (not Webber's musical)

I would love to have my High School preform Phantom but in the play/drama version. I know there are some out there but I can't find any. Do any of you know of any and if they are good versions? Thanks so Much!
