of course!being a big softie at heart,im MORE inclined to take a "special needs "pet.ive had a one-legged finch,a cat with cardiomyopathy,a crippled mouse and an elderly,diabetic blind shnauzer.ive loved them all.at the moment,i have a schnauzer puppy,almost 7 months old!arent they gr8?so intelligent and active!love those shnauzies !!!!!!!

It will rely upon the dog. A labrador is a tremendous plus, i've a female lab and she is solely the sweetest, most playful canine i've ever owned. People will go in for the sympathy component, who can face up to awww'ing over a dog with three legs. If that dog also had a excellent temperment i would say you can be in with a just right chance of it being adopted. For my part i wouldn't now, i also have too many dogs on the minute. Probably once I get a better place and more cash but no longer on the minute lol.

Why shouldnt you. Most 3 legged animals have really no special needs however most people will not adopt a animal that is not visually "perfect" so if you dont odds are it will be put to sleep.

The three legged dog is probably the one who needs a good home the most. The only thing that would scare me if it was going to meant costly vet bills in the future.

Yes because there are so many people who wouldn't and I hate to see animals put to sleep! plus 3 legged dogs are so cute!

I wouldn't adopt any animal from an animal shelter. I don't like pets. But if I knew someone who wanted a dog, I'd suggest that dog.
