Just makes you wonder how many other children are still alive and just waiting for someone to rescue them.
Micheal Devlin should be locked up the rest of his miserable life in a high security prison. No parole and no time off for good behavior. A Life sentence should be given. He should die in prison. We lock drug dealers up for life, however child molesters and crimes against our children get just a slap on the wrist! Let's send a message out to these people, don't mess with our kid's!

I hope that he receives life in prison without the possibility of parole. Sex offenders are rarely if ever able to be rehabilitated. I don't want this man EVER to be able to do this again. Especially since he has done it in other states as well. I truly think that this type of crime deserves a more strict punishment. Also, the sex offender registry is not enough. If they can put a micro chip in an animal so that it can be found if lost, why couldn't they do something similar to a sex offender to keep track of them. I know that probably seems rather "scifi", but it has been proven that prisoners out on parole who have to wear ankle or wrist tracking devices are able to get around that method. Anyway, it's certainly food for thought. I guess I'll have to have faith that no matter how we judge this horrible man, the Ultimate Judge awaits him when he is gone from this earth. Peace to all.

Many years in jail at the very least. If it is discovered that he did anything more than kidnapping he should be treated as a capital criminal and the death penalty should be considered.

He needs to rot in he!! They need to take him to Iraq and hang him like they did to Saddam. I don't care that he's an American citizen. He needs to die a public death, with no trial, no jury, nothing. He already admitted what he did, so just get rid of him, one way or another! How could you ever do something like that to a child??

i think he should be sentenced for life. it's bad enough thinking of what he was doing to them. he was already a known sex offender. if he gets out he's just going to do it again. that's what happened last time. he can't get the death penalty because he didn't commit murder. you can rele only get the death penalty for 1st degree murder

That's right, thank God!!! I am very steadfast in my opinion of sexual crimes against children, DEATH. It has been proven they can never change or be rehabilitated. There is something VERY wrong in their brain. if not death, then stick them in a cell alone until they die.

That depends on what other charges there may be. I hope that there aren't any others. His punishment should be to the extent of the law for the offense IMHO.
