She has seen someone close to her get hurt. And it could be that in her culture it is a normal thing. But, if she chooses wisely and puts he heart into her marriage, then her husband will have no reason to look elsewhere for what he needs. (The chooses wisely, is the best thing she can do.)

Well maybe she's had her heart broken in the past. It's understandable why she would be thinking something like that. Although, if she goes into a relationship thinking the guy will cheat, then he might as well just to prove her right. She needs to learn how to trust people. If she marries a great guy who loves her, then he won't have any reason to cheat.

A kind of thinking that will probably be a self fulfilling prophecy. Not all men cheat, and maybe her taste in men has been lacking. It depends who you choose to be your life partner, and that is why you date for a while before you marry. If someone exhibits signs of disloyalty you do not marry them, as simple as that.
