There are no plans for a UK tour but there are local theatre productions being put on at the moment... The film is due for release in August in the US and September in the UK. If you go to the UK Disney Channel website right now you can vote for what you'd like to see happen in the sequel. The dates may slip, these are the earliest possible release dates for TV. Look out for Jump In on the Disney Channel this month which features one of the main cast members in it too.

I work at Disney and I haven't heard of any plans to bring it to the UK. Maybe the US cast will tour, who knows?

It's on disney channel at least once a week, was shown on bbc 1 over xmas, the dvd is out to buy as is the soundtrack!

its on the disney channel and out on dvd but they arent bringing it out as a movie on screen
