Be weary as COD scams have been reported recently.

Before parting with the cash make sure you open any packaging to make sure that the goods you are expecting are actually inside.

COD stands for "cash on delivery" and it means you don't pay until you're holding your purchase. Sorry, I don't know what DP means.
