At 13, you hopefully aren't having a boyfriend but a friend who is a boy. In that situation, a cute Valentine's Day card, stressing the friendship. If you are already in a relationship with him, get him a card, also, but still not one promising more than you would want to deliver at your young age. Don't grow up too quickly; enjoy his friendship and Valentine's Day is a good time to keep the romance on a casual level. No big item gifts, no mushy cards promising undying love, etc. Have fun, enjoy the friendship, and keep it cool. Have a fun day.

What in the world are 13 year old kids dating for?? That's asking for trouble. I will say candy, but, if they're having sex, a condom of course!

Give him something that he will use...ex: if he likes biking get him biking gloves. He'll tell his Friend how cool you are. Get him something sweet and he'll be to embarrassed to tell anyone.
