Okay; picture this:
Legings
short shorts (the sporty kind) from A&F
a hoodie
flip-flop
Since their shorts are too short, as my mom puts it, I was thinking of wearing legings under them. Would that look okay? Also, would the leggings look okay under denim shorts?

Well the leggings would have to match with the hoodie, but flip flops would not go. The hoodie and the shorts are more sporty-athletic than girly, so it would look good put on sneakers (Chucks, Pumas..sporty shoes). But it sounds really cute! I put leggings under mini skirts [:

I think that would look ADORABLE! Just make sure the leggings are neutral colors, like grey or tan, or any other color that will MATCH the shorts. Also, the flip-flops don't really work. You should try sneakers. Do you have etnies? Or any other fat sneakers? Just pair them with REALLY small skinny socks. The hoodie will look ADORABLE! My style is-wear fat jeans, and wear tight tops, or wear look tops with tight jeans! I think the hoodie with the tight leggings and shorts with the loose sneakers will look SO cute! OMG, I am getting excited, aha! Sorry. Well, good luck! Also, you should straighten your hair!

actually that's what i wore last night!!leggings under the short shorts make them more winter-friendly.also, you can save the shorts for the summer time.IMPORTANT: make sure that the color of the leggings is close to or matches the color of the hoodie because it might look weird if they don't match.hope this helps!!

If you think you can pull it off then by all means go for it. If that is your kind of style and you like funky then go for it!! Everyone will have 20 million different opinions but if you feel confident in your own skin who cares what anyone thinks. Your own personal style is what makes you unique!! I think it will look cute!!

Why would you wear leggings under shorts? Especially sports shorts? I honestly think it would look very strange.
But then, we have different tastes, so oh well.

I've worn the same outfit. The hoodie with it might look a little odd. But if you wore a different shirt it would look better.
