Looking for the best video card for the money. I dont need high end 150+ dollar cards. Something in the 50-100 range that will be able to handle games like Company Of Heroes...Warhammer.. etc.

Do you need AGP or PCI Express? By the way, I hope you enjoy games on the very lowest settings, because that is all you will get for 50-100 dollars, if the game even runs at all. $150 is not even in the realm of high end, you need to spend at least $200 to get good performance on the games you are talking about. I define good by the way as no lagging on medium to high settings.

Go to the graphics section of Tom's Hardware. They have a monthly feature where they list the best gaming video cards for the money for several different price ranges. They also have interactive VGA charts where you can compare the performance of most of the graphics cards currently on the market.
