Ive live where the land was a reservation my house is brand new but I have weird things happing in my house like things getting pulled out of my hands and pulled up or having somthing tape me on my shoulder when no ones around its really wierd and I dont drink or smoke what should I do get a priest or medicine man

Though the Spirit may not hear your words it will feel your emotions. Emotions after all are Spiritual feelings. It may be teasing you to gain an emotional response, fear or irritation. As you are living on sacred ground and the spirit is making contact to you physically it could be one of three types of spirit.
First could be a trickster. They try to chase people away with little tricks but can do no real harm. Ignore it. If it is a trickster it will become bored and move on.
Second could be the holder of the ground. A Care taker Spirit. It will be hard to coax into leaving and definitely impossible to ignore
It can resort to violence so you may want to contact a Shaman to move it along. That is, if you don't want to become friends with it and offer it no harm. It takes time to build trust with a Care taker and in the end it is worth the time.
Third it could be a Guardian Spirit. Guardians tend to watch after earth bound spirits. Your own spirit is earth bound. Guardians don't normally resort to pranks but it is not unheard of. If it is a Guardian it will involve itself in a person's life and stay there till that life is complete. Just relax and listen to it if indeed it is a Guardian.
Here is a simple test to find the sources of spirit activity in a home. Every one can use this advice.
Place a carrot or potato on the table. it takes time for tubers to spoil as long as two weeks in some cases. If the tuber spoils in less than two days the last energy of the tuber has been taken and something took it. Pumpkin test is really what the practice is called. It was originally done with pumpkins.
If the tuber leaks that foul smelling liquid of spoilage. It's a bad or angry presence. If the tuber shrivels into a dried chunk. it's not an angry or evil spirit. If the tuber molds without signs of extreme spoilage. call a priest or shaman to come get rid of it. Remember though that the time limit is three days. If it does not spoil in three days. there is no presence in your house. Life energy lasts and lasts in most vegetables. That is why they don't spoil quickly. if that life energy is sapped they spoil fast. you sap it when you cook them.
This test has been used by our order for thousands of years.

Marie you house sound like it haunted. Light a candle in each room and ask then to leave the house. It looks like a lost soul traps between the earth energy. Help him or her to move on to the next plain. Most ghost can't harm you. Get a medine man if it your house on reservation land.
