I'm a little of both.It just depends on what it is I should be working on.If there is a deadline, I get it done on time.The rest,Procrastinate.

I prioritize.
If it's not that important I sleep with it. When I was in college I procrastinate a lot! I'd rather read other books than my lessons LOL. I study for my major exams an hour before it starts. Deadlines gives me the adrenalin rush and I do better when I'm pressured.

Sex i finish every time, lol.
Seriously, most task I finish on time unless it is something I totally hate and there is no deadline and/or consequences for not getting it done on time.
