Have a kid. A woman usually doesn't have any periods when she's pregnant and often times not when she's breastfeeding either. The only other choice I know of is to take birth control everyday. Some systems come with "skip a week" pills, to help induce your period. (I bet that wasn't a woman's idea) Other systems have the hormone dosage everyday which should make your periods lighter to non-existant.
If there are any other ways, you'd want to ask a doctor what they are.

there is no way to get rid of periods other than to get a hysterectomy (which you can not do at the age of 12), go through menapause (which you wont do for another 40+ years), or go on birth control (which you said you didnt want to do), or get pregnant (which you would only stop having periods for 9 months..but give yourself a whole host of other issues in the end) periods, and cramps, and bloating are a pain to deal with each month, but they are something all women who dont fit into the above categories have to deal with until they go through menapause.

Well if ur a swimmer and you need to swim and u cant wait for 7 days then theres tampon(i dont think theyre gud...u can ask about them) and about the pain "buscopan" and "ponstan" theyre gud you can get them from any pharmacy even bananas do help in calming the pain. But i dont think you should get rid of periods keep everything natural.

You cannot get rid of your periods without using birth control. However, the birth control methods that stop your periods (such as the shot) have been found to have a negative impact on your health. Sorry, you are just going to have to get used to them. See an ob/gyn to discuss hormone options or medications for treating cramps.

First of all, you can't just buy birth control, they have to be prescribed to you by a doctor. If your periods are painful you should see a doctor anyway. Birth control will help with the pain and the amount of bleeding. Be sure to tell your doctor that your periods are painful.

Unless you have your uterus or ovaries removed, which is not going to happen, hormone birth control is the only other option.
If they hurt really bad then you can try putting heat on your stomach and taking magnesium citrate to help relax your muscles.
But when I was younger and not on birth control my periods were also very painful, so in order to function I had to take pain killers, ibuprofin specificallly, which is the same as Motrin and Advil. It's ok to do that. You shouldn't have to be in pain.

when swimming you need to wear a tampon, if you don't already, so that way your period with be no problem when swimming. As for the pain, get some Midol, it really helps. I get bad cramps when I have my period as well and Midol does wonders. As you mom or someone else to buy you some if you don't feel comfortable. hope this helps- but there is no way to stop it until menopause or a hysterectomy.

See a doctor, but birth control seems like the only option to make them lighter and less painful.
