I LOVE Angela Carter (too bad that she died of cancer before she was 50 - she was brilliant. Read "The Magic Toyshop" - it's one of her best, not as funny as "Wise Children" but excellent.

"The Magic Toyshop" was made into a movie - I'd love to see it, but I've never heard of any of the actors and it's never shown. "Wise Children" would make a great movie.

I examine an concepts-blowing e book a pair of years in the past that i could no longer placed down! i do not undergo in concepts the author, notwithstanding the call is "Flags of Our Fathers"--like the action picture directed by using Clint Eastwood about the warriors who placed the american flag up on Mt. Suribachi over the Island of Iwo Jima for the period of international conflict II. The writing grow to be so nicely achieved and the tale grow to be gripping. i could no longer placed the e book down. It grow to be the superb e book I truly have ever examine, fingers down!
