Is there a true unlimited miles car rental?

Whenever I rent a car, it has unlimited miles only if I stay within surrounding states, I need to visit quite a few states. Is there a car rental company with unlimited miles and no limit on the states you can visit?

Usually as long as you inform them ahead of time the states you plan on visiting, they will be okay with unlimited miles more than just surrounding states...
