Buy a big sheet of plywood find an art student at your local community college ask the instructor for direction to a student that could be of service to you.

I once made a sign in MS word. I then took it to Kinkos, and had it enlarged approx 6' by 3'. They laminated it and I affixed it over the front window pane. Cheap and attractive. I chose a powder blue paper for the background.

why not see if you can do some kind of trade arrangement?
a gift certificate and advertising space in your business for the sign?
coffee is pretty universal, so chances are you could get a deal if not a total trade.
