It seems when I ask a question that makes people think, smile, laugh, anything, it get's deleted because some bored little sycophant had nothing better to do than decide that it was'nt the norm and it somehow offends or is ment to offend them. So eventually I may give up and stop asking these, everyone else will one by one and you heathens can answer questions like "Do you like my avatar?" and "Burger King or McDonalds?". You violation people SUCK!♥

I've been chosen for best answers off those pointless questions. But, I like the deep meaningful ones too. I like the variety. And by the way, Pepsi, yes I like your avatar, McDonalds, and yes violation people do suck.

In a system based on points for frequency of replies you can't really expect to stimulate intelligent discussion. I mean, I've now typed about 20 words, which could have been dispersed evenly across 20 different questions, earning me 40 magical points and getting me closer to acheiving the cosmic purpose we all hold dear (namely, becoming Yahoo! Answers ninjas). Very few bother writing long replies, and even fewer care to read them. You don't get points for reading replies, so naturally.

You tell them Natalie, they don't listen to me. I fully agree with you.
You and a few others perk the whole place up. I feel if someone
doesn't like your question or want to answer yours they should just ignore them and everyone else should decide for themselves . I don't feel its up to unqualified people to pass judgements and delete questions they don't personally like. I also
think there is a Freedom of speech issue here. This still is the
USA, even if sometimes it doesn't seem that way.

I completely understand what your saying. When I first started answers I used to ask questions and answer questions that related to something real. Soon I started to follow the fad of stupid, thoughtless questions. Now I get on answers when there is NOTHING else better to do. Continue to ask your questions. I will look for them. There should be more people like you.

Yeah, people take things the wrong way, instead of just being here for fun and entertainment, it is not a great thing to be misunderstood when you are asking a question.

Yes those Coke and Pepsi questions are always easy to answer - since I always prefer Coke. Am I a heathen for that preference?
If you had any friends in real life would you dedicate yourself to always meaning to offend them? I think if you gave up asking the Yahoo world would not care, although someone is always amused to see you make an idiot of yourself.

Dumb questions get the most answers. Like, how old are you? What time is it? I like that word sycophant. I haven't heard that in a long time.
