Basketball is gaining popularity in Europe, and Baseball is highly popular in Japan, not as much elsewhere.

It depends on what part of the world you're talking about. For example, baseball is popular in places like Cuba, the Dominican Republic and some other parts of Latin America. Basketball is pretty popular in Europe and Asia (Japan). I don't think football is very popular because most other countries are into soccer. But I think there is an American Football league in Europe or maybe just Germany.

Depends on the sport. Baseball and basketball are big in China and Japan. Baseball in the Dominican, Basketball in russia, and Europe has an NFL league (NFL Europe)

We play basketball but it is nowhere as popular as over there....we don't play baseball..we play rounders at school which is pretty similar.. and cricket obv - popular... !!
american football - we play rugby which is like american football but better :p
