Call your Ob or midwife. They are your first line of defense with every health issue when you are pregnant and know all the good things to prescribe for colds and the likes when you are pregnant that will not harm the baby but get you relief!!!
I had SEVERE colds with both of my pregnancies and each time my OB gave me something that fixed me right up.

There are some OTC remedies that you can take. Check with your doctor in case you have other conditions that prohibit you from taking them. But, make sure to drink A LOT of fluids and get a lot of rest. The first thing that will happen to you is dehydration. The growing baby takes a lot of fluid and nutrition from your body so you have to be sure to replace it.

Rest and paracetamol. If you get a proper fever, it is unlikely it is just a cold - check it out with your midwife/doctor.
Take it easy and I hope you feel better soon.
