It depends what country you live in. And I think even if you live in the USA it's probably different from state to state.
Abortion is legal in the UK up to the 24th week of pregnancy. However, if there is a substantial risk to the woman's life or if there are foetal abnormalities there is no time limit.

Depends on where you live. In the US, Roe v. Wade talks about the viability of the fetus (its ability to survive outside the womb). At the time of Roe v. Wade, that was thought to be between 24 and 28 weeks; this is now controversial. But I think something like 80% of abortions in the US are performed by week 12.
The limit is very similar in the Netherlands (i.e. 24 weeks or viability), and more strict in some other European countries, such as France.
I think South America is the continent with the most restrictive abortion laws.

U can get an abortion as far as 24 weeks..anything after is considered a viable pregnancy and can only be done for medical reasons...this goes for most states...I personally think any abortion is wrong..why would someone even wanna get one done at 24 weeks? Gross!

Until the 4th month so about 16th week is the lastest to get an abortion.

You shouldn't get an abortion! Its murder! They say you can get an abortion up to 24 weeks but the baby could live outside the womb then. Your killing an innocent child. There are so many people out there that cannot have children give it to one of them!. Give it up for an adoption. Please don't get an abortion.

If that is your decision then you alone must live with the choice for better or worse. Don't listen to everyone who will have their own agenda. If you must make this decision it must happen in the first few weeks or first tri-mester. Consult a physician and check into all alternatives so that you can make an informed choice.
