I think the age of make believe has always been around, but for me it's now more apparent than ever, in the form of coupling the faerie tales with the Truth, like in the Lord of the Rings ;)

It is the age of minivans. Of course, people always make believe. The age of dinosaurs was a long time ago, as was the age of unicorns, elves and fairies. They'll be making a comeback some time in the future, though. You can count on it.
