You will not find this online. If you are talking about a legal wiretap, it has to be court ordered and in the case of a criminal investigation you will not be informed. Anyone who "tapes" a conversation with you is required to let you know, legally. YOu may be able to hire a bug sweeper to investigate - but the possibilities of illegal wiretap are numerous if uncommon and the chances of finding out are slim.
