I would imagine that the ship they were on was just a set, mango. However, the shots of it underwater were genuine. There have been several dives in recent years which they could use the footage from.
Rose and Jack were fictional additions common in most diaster movies. If they stuck merely to facts it would have been more of a documentary than a film.
And pictures on the internet? You could probably find them by searching google. Click images and then type 'titanic'. You'll probably have to sift through a lot of images from the film, but there will be some real ones in there too
I hope you find what you were looking for!

Rose and Jack are fictional characters, although Rose is (very loosely) based on a real person. Their relationship is not realistic given the customs of the time.
The 'ship' in the film is a partial replica and a series of sets; it was never a fully functional ship and could not be sunk in that sense; the ship you see sinking at the end is a CGI image. The footage of the wreck on the bottom at the beginning and end is real, although parts of it were enhanced for clarity. Still photos are available on a number of websites - I'd start with the National Geographic Society, who were among the first to publish high quality photos of the wreck.

The Titanic that sank in the movie was created by by the use of sets and computer graphics... as for Jack and Rose, I really don't know if they were real or not , But in the Titanic cemetary in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada where alot of the victims were buried one headstone is engraved with the name J Dawson... so who knows.

The pictures of the underwater wreckage in the movie is the real wreckage of the real Titanic.
And no, Jack and Rose are fictional characters. Often, "historical fictions" do that: make the main characters up, but use other real-life characters as secondary characters (many of the secondary characters in the movie were real).
