Bake a large sheet cake. Use a circle cookie cutter and cut out circles. Take 2 of them, and 'glue' them together with frosting, one on top of the other. Take a third, and 'glue' it to the front of the one on the bottom. Frost and decorate to look like baby booties.

Mini Quiche (You can find them premade at a Wholesale Distrubuter Store, such as Gordon's and US FOODS).

Yummy Chef Salad. Nacho/taco dip and chips. Vegi/fruit tray w/ ranch and yogurt dips. Spinich dip and pita bread. Finger Sandwhichs. Roll lunchmeat, cheese in a tortilla shell, cut in half, and hold in place w/ a tooth pick.

Well it's not exactly food, but if your find some tiny plastic baby dolls, you can freeze them in ice cubes and use them for a game as well as keep your drinks cold(adults only, choking hazard). If you plan on having finger sandwiches, check with your local bakery, you can find pink and blue colored bread to use. I know at my baby shower a few months ago we purchased plastic baby blocks that were formed without a top on them and used them to hold a few small pieces of fruit for my guests. You can find all sorts of neat things to use at a craft store in their baby shower/ cake decorating section. Have fun and enjoy!

fun foods are pigs in a blanket, macoroni, chips in a bowl and stuff like that. you can go buy some cool bowls and fill them up with chips. fruit and veggie platers are great too. if you go to some stores you can find caremel in little cups and it comes with apples! fun!
if you want to know what a good game is guess what the babies poop is. i know it sounds so groos but it is so fun!
so you'll need:
diapers
and an assortment of chocolate bars
so you put the chocolate bars in the diapers and microwave them. then give everybody a paper. to keep track put #'s on the diapers and keep and answer sheet. its the guest job to figure out with chocolate bar it is. who ever gets the most right wins!

another game is guess what baby food it is
all you do is blindfold your guests and feed them different baby foods. they have to guess the flavor. whoever has the most right wins!
if you want some cool decorations buy some diaper cakes. it is just diapers staked into a pyrmaid and tird with bows. if you want to find them search on google "diaper cakes".
-have fun
P.S
i did all of this stuff and it was a blast

Probably just a bunch of houerdourves would be the easiest, maybe some finger sandwiches, and of course you have to have cake! If you have a theme have the cake decorated with that theme. serve the food on cutsie plates that you can find at a party supply store. Keep it simple and have fun......also, ask the mommy to be if there is something she prefers....she may be on a strict diet OR if she is like me, some foods may not agree with her.

Take napkins and fold to in the shape of diapers and put p-nuts in them, cakes in the shape of a bottle and pacifier, cup cakes with miniature rattles on them. A cute game to play is to put miniature plastic babies in ice trays and freeze in water. Give people clear cups with water and give each one a ice cube baby and whomever's water breaks first wins. (Baby must sink out of ice cube to bottom of cup).
