Well, that's how new words are developed. You start a movement, it takes off and lots of people are saying it. And before you know it, it ends up in the dictionary......like the word ain't. Look at a 2007 dictionary and one from several centuries ago. We've got a lot more words now. Maybe next time, "pointful" will make it.

"Pointed" would be the word you're looking for as on opposite of pointless.
"He made a very pointed remark on the subject" as an example.

It's pointed! Pointful is not a good word. That's right, NOT a good word. Why make up words when we have so great ones that many people have forgotten how to use?

the point is there can not be anthing added except pointed, points, pointing, pointless. you cant be so full of point that you are pointful because it just dont make sense and it will never be a word! and it is not cute to make up words because it makes you look unintelligent

"You have made a very pointful statement", hmm at first it sounds a bit awkward, but it kinda grows on you.... you could keep using it, you never know.. it just might get added to the dictionary....

well a point is a point and not a mass, simple a fullstop, so a point can never be full - got it?
