There is this movie out called THE CONFEDERATE STATES OF AMERICA check it out thats exactly what the movie is about

For a good fictional account of this alternative history scenario read The Great War series by Harry Turtledove, where WWI is fought on American soil, as the North lost the Civil War and the Confederates became the major power on the continent.

Hmmm that's one to really sit down and think about. I don't think there'd still be slaves though because there would have been a revolution from the slaves by this point. Maybe I'll just say a goofy and stereotypical answer, which is that we'd all be running around with no shoes and with kool-aid mustaches!

It probably would have tougher justice thats for sure.There is a song by Hank Williams Jr called "If the South would have won" that talks about it.

Well, we'd all have good ole southern values...which might not be that great. There'd be a lot more democrats. This question is almost like what would've happened if the Nazis had won WWII (The World Hitler Never Made by Gavriel Rosenfeld).
