until court. she refuses to show us copies or even notify us when she takes them. if they are on ga peach care, shouldnt all bill be covered. we were told to reimburse her. if not can he get ssn to put on peach care and they will be covered to avoid this in the future. also, he has been told hes not listed on birth certificates. why should he be paying child support and med bills if not listed?

If he isn't listed on the birth certificate then he shouldn't be paying anything! Peachcare should go retro to when the bills were first established as long as there was not a lapse of payment that caused the bills in the first place. You need to get an attorney from the sounds of it, or just threaten to get one and see what happens.

Was he given a paternity test ? You will be held responsible till paid or some arraignment made, it will go on to your credit history or should I say his. Usually insurances do not cover it all, but cover the majority of it. Tell the judge you were never notified.
