you start by putting yourself first...remembr harboring anger damages you and no one else - and you have control of that...try not to take the person's baggage personally and know that it is about them...

Don't be as close to him as you were. Best is to stay away from abusive and manipulative people. If it's your colleague your talking about, just talk to him about work-related matters... nothing else. You can't get rid of your anger wholesale. You have the right to be angry due to the injustice he's shown to you. Don't be afraid to approach him and ask him what his problem is.

just remeber good time u spend together go back to times u was the happiset becoz having him/her in your life , just remeber how many times he stand beside you when you was in need and then you 'll find that no mean for such blaming cause u open the forgiveness area and clean the black spot with a very white , cleand and vintage spong

If he is your father; try to avoid him until you can leave. If this is a husband, or boyfriend get away soon. A very prominent man has on his gravestone, "Only the wise know that life is a festival!" Start having a festival, get away from negative people and LIVE!!!!!!

maybe you could try asking him if he took something in the wrong way. then if he tells you, you could tell him what you really meant.
