Do those goggles keep out all water, or does some still get through?

well it depends on how good the seal is i guess. when you are done snorkeling the mask will be wet so you would have to be very careful as to not let it touch your eyes or let it drip on you. your best bet would be to either go natural and not worry about makeup or just spring for the waterproof mascara.

I'm sure you're going to get some water in your googles, but why would you want to wear makeup underwater? I assume a boy is invoid somehow. Anyways Water proof mascara is one hell of a problem to et off your eyes, but...snorkeling may be a bit too much.

water would definitely get through. I wouldn't wear mascara at all if you plan on going snorkeling.

Well I would think you would tighten your goggles so there wouldn't be any water coming in because the salt water could get in your eyes! Trust me it's very painful!
