I think Ishida has something of a crush on her, but I'm up to the newest manga chapter and it really doesn't evolve.

They do spend a considerable amount of time together in the Rescue Rukia/Soul Society Arc. I haven't seen it go any further though, since the series starts focusing on Ishida as an individual later on in the series. I think that a more credible relationship would be Ichigo and Orihime's friend. And I think Rukia has a crush on Ichigo.

Orihime seems to like Ichigo from what I have seen. She is friendly towards Ishida but she is like that towards everyone it seems. The only person you see her shy with was with Ichigo. and that didnt last long.
