that kid was doing some kind of **** behind tigger and thats why tigger hit him. the family should get nothing and as punishment be tied to a boat and sent through Its A Small World 100 times.

No Tigger isn't violent, it's the person wearing the costume. whether the guy hit the kid hard or not who cares, the parents didn't like it, should they make a big deal out of it, probably not, whatever life goes on, It isn't the first time someone in a Tigger suit did something wrong, and it won't be the last.
