I am not planning on waxing but I am going to use a mirror and some small electric trimmers to trim down there as best as I can-good luck! I have heard of women getting a bikini wax right before their due date and it was just fine but I am too big of a chicken to do that-lol!

i dont think it matters... After your so far along its hard to keep it in tip top shape an the Doctor looks at them all day long i can guess that it dont matter to him either... Most the time they shave you some what when you go in to delivery.. I know i was trimed up cause i kept mine that way the whole time i was pregnant i didnt get as big as some do so i could still get to mine, But the nurse still shaved me some what..

I didnt wax but shaved down there..I usually am clean shaven down there and during pregnancy as u get bigger it gets hard to see and reach but i was too embarrassed to go into the doc room all bushy and nasty looking..lol. I had a scheduled delivery with my recent son so i had the chance to shave,i thought it looked nicer and would be easier for the doctor.=)
With my first born she was unexpected and had to be induced so i didnt have a chance to shave down there,i was very bushy and my mom,hubby and sisters were all there.so embarrassing. Im gonna shave again this time too..

Iam not even bothering with that nonsense. Ive never heard that you couldnt get a brazillian while pregnant, at any gestation. So go for it.
I just dont care. Hair is supposed to grow there, it serves a purpose, and its not like Iam wearing a thong or can even SEE that area right now anyway. Its my own personal break from trimming the hedge.

No, I didn't wax my bikini before delivery. The people who are going to see you really don't care and probably would think it was a superficial thing to do. Are you being videotaped? Why do you want to wax? Pubic hair is natural. This trend towards women removing all their hair is very disturbing to me. Why are we so ashamed of the natural state of our bodies. I call for women to embrace their hair and stop feeling shame for what is beautiful and natural. Do you think men's pubic hair is gross? Do you think they are going to wax their groins? Women should embrace their femininity, in its natural state, not the way it was before puberty.

I delivered my 2 children (no doctor) at home and I will tell you that the more that can be seen down there, the better. This is due to potential tearing and the way the skin moves while pushing. No episiotomy for my wife because she kept the garden cut back. Clean shaven or waxed is the way to go anyway.

I couldnt' get a wax, it hurts way to much LOL but i do plan on cleaning up the area. I used to shave it all off but since i've been pregnant I can't see it anymore! Maybe if i borrow my husband's trimmer i can get it all nice and clean. I'd hate to have my doc see the bush i'm sporting now! hahaha

i actually went ahead with the wax about a week before. and throughout my whole pregnancy (just something i feel better about, clean or something lol). so dont worry. it is safe, i even checked with my doctor beforehand.

Honestly, that was the last thing I thought of. I would think it is safe, as long as the establishment you go to is clean. In any case, you might want to check with your doctor.
