It is hard to zip & unzip my purse. And I need something to put on the zipper to make the zipper easy to open & close.

I would stay away from the WD40, just because of the petroleum smell...plain old candle wax works just fine and doesn't make a mess.

Beeswax will work wonders. There is also a product you can get at fabric stores called Zip-Eze or something like that. It's made by a company called Dritz. It's colorless, odorless, and will not stain. Beeswax is the same. Remember: a little goes a long way! Try to keep it on the zipper only and not on the cloth or leather of your bag.

Take an previous toothbrush or purely a textile. Dip the comb or textile right into a cooking oil. Brush or wipe the zipper some circumstances. Run the zipper returned and forth and it is going to artwork properly devoid of sticking.

try bath soap, just take a bar of bath soap, rubb it on the zipper and then open and close the zipper many times, till it all gets worked in.

I might try WD40, but use -very- little. Be sure to wipe off the excess with a cloth. It's a clear fluid, but it does have an odor.
I wouldn't use it if tonight you were going to put on your most expensive dress.

The easiest thing is to rub a cake of regular ol' soap on it.

Good Luck.....
