Put an ad on craigslist to give the stuff away for free. Or, call up your local Salvation Army store to come pick the supplies up. There is someone out there who can use it.

Donate them to a charity. There are some charities that are hard up for money for such things. that way you can get rid of the stuff and be able to bless someone at the same time.

Post them for sale on a community website, or donate them to a local charity office (don't know if you can claim any tax credits for this).
