i have tryed to go to file and print but it dose not go from cp to printer

Have you used the software that came with the printer to connect/download the printer to the PC?

Assuming your printer is working, go into your printers software and see if it is set to print to file !! If it is, uncheck it.

when you click print, click properties to make sure you have you printer set as default and not the windows fax. also make sure you have printer turned on.

try copy and pasting it to a word processor and print from there.
