I never bother to look at people’s avatars unless they’re photographs and really cute. That’s why I don’t bother to put one up for myself—who wants to look at some boring old guy? If your questions are worth while, people will answer them, and if your answers are worth while, people will award you points. That’s all there is to it. Keep your avatar the way it is, it’s fine.

It's your avatar and it doesn't sound like you like it very much. So, yes, I think you should change it. And keep changing it until you're satisfied with how it looks!

Yeah the one you have now, is a little freaky. Change it up. I have several and you can see my favorites on my 360* page. It's fun to switch them every now and then.
