There are several songs featuring "wierd noises".

The words "system of a down" only appear in P.L.U.C.K. off of the first album.

I don't think he ever says "dead robots".

A few songs kinda came to mind, but I need more details before being able to tell you what song it was. Are you sure he was saying "system of a down" over and over?

I don't think I've heard that one. Try looking on their first album.
