Unfortunately, the Do Not Call list only applies to telemarketers that are trying to sell you something. It doesn't apply to companies you already do business with either (you can get sales calls from your credit card companies or cell phone company) People doing surveys generally are not selling anything so the Do Not Call registry doesn't apply to them. You can ask them to remove you from their call list though.

I love talking to those people. and when they take a "survey" i always say, wait, wait, let me ask you some questions first. OK do you own your home? Which card do you use the most? Usually they hang up.

yes and I have blocked all the calls so far ,
they can't call me back. each new call I block also.
