I have just brought a Goodmans GTVL27W23HD Lcd TV, and have brought a One For All Kameleon 4 in1 remote control, i have tried all the codes in the handbook, and have tried the search thing, but it will not operate my TV, have tried looking on the internet but have had no joy, if anybody could help i would really appreciate it.

I can not help you but I have brought (today) from Currys a universal remote £16.99 and if this does not work they will give you your money back. It is made by universal electronicsand it is a 3 for 1. I asked about getting my money back if it does not work and they said that it will work on all brand names i.e goodmans........

you may need to contact the manufacturer of tv for codes
universal remotes are made years before they see shelf time and it may not have some newer codes

you could try coping the remote to the new remote, should tell you how to do that in the book.
