If you are labeled an "unlawful combatant" you can be sent to a foreign prison with no trial, undisclosed classified evidence, and no right to know your accuser, and no right against self incrimination while they torture you, It is unclear and a bit vague how one can become classified as an unlawful combatant, and no one would know what happened to you, you would just disappear

If you call the US invasion of Iraq a dastardly act of cloaked profiteering and call Bush Jr a Liar, you will be labeled as a traitor and anti national (and you cant plead any amendment First or Fifth!)
If you contest this label, then you will become a unlawful combatant and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible under this act which is a heinous blot on our constitution.

The Patriot Act is a tool used to monitor overseas calls to and from known Al-Qaeda and Taliban *******. It is NOT use to spy on your Aunt Harriet giving out her recipe for apple pie!
