Does anyone know what to do for the morning sickness? I'm thinking I'm fatigued because I don't have enough iron or something. Any other ideas?

Ask the doctor for nausea medicine if it is really bad. The fatigue is part of the pregnancy caused by hormonal changes in your body. Once your hormones level out, you will feel energetic again, usually after 12 weeks (into your 2nd trimester). Get as much rest as you can and take little naps. That will help out tremendously. Hope this helps.

Well, first congrats! I had morning sickness, really all day sickness, for 4 months with my son. My midwife suggested ginger root. Also, there are these wristbands called Sea Bands. They apply pressure to your pressure points on your wrists and take the naseau away. Alot of people use them for motion sickness too. You can buy them of the internet, I did. Also, I slept alot when I was first pregnant. I think it's your body's way of adjusting to the pregnancy. Good Luck!!

hi-you should get an anemia test at one of your upcoming office visits--
but being very tired and fatigued this early in pregnancy is normal.

all the things they told me to do about morning sickness never worked, lol
I had it all day everyday--
when I could keep anything down-it was very plain, bland stuff-cheese sandwiches, noodles, rice
I was NEEDING sour candy bad though--my nutritionist said to go ahead and eat them if I wanted them--sour stuff (like a glass of lemonade) is supposed to take away nausea--I could never drink the lemonade though because of heartburn.
