There are some people who I'm pretty sure don't like me, but they're being nice to me and asking me questions and stuff like that. How can I tell if people are pretending to be my friend when they're really not?

I think the true test of a friend is can you count on them when you really need them... Is this someone you can call late at night or in the middle of the afternoon cause you put your car in the ditch and you knew they were home ? Is this someone that will come to your house to see you or do they see the dishes piling up in the sink and that you are still in your housecoat? Is this someone that would sit and cry with you when you lose your pet?or your parents? Is this someone who will help you move for a case of beer and pizza? Having friends that will do all these things and more are what makes a good friend! and you have to return the favours too!!

Tell them something "secret" about yourself, but make sure it's not true. Make it up, and tell them it's a secret. See how long it takes to get back to you.
