i have been on the shot for about 6 months and i have been getting my period twice now with this past shot and i get BAD cramps

its not natural for the body to not have a cycle monthly, cramping is due to the vagina attempting to cramp the clots out of the vagina for your next cycle. the cycle (blood ) may stop but im guessing the the body is still attempting to cramp and bleed as normal. i will also advise you to try another varity of BC this type doenst sound like the best fit for you. good luck

you mean twice in one month or twice in 6 months? maye you should consider switchin BC brands. I would recommend seasonal. as far as temporary relief of your cramps, heat and excercising the cramped muscles is the best thing. Orgasms work wonders for the muscles around the uterus, so if you're up to it give masturbation a shot

You might want to see the doctor about getting a lower dose or an alternate BC solution..

tell the docter to give u not so much. and if ur getting it in the *** all the time that has something 2 do with it
