Not exactly sure if you mean you need to know what to say or how to actually call or how to get the numbers you will need...more info would be appreciated.

Step I: Write what you want to say to the customer in a piece of paper.

In telemarketing, we call it 'telephone script'. The telephone script is almost excatly with the real conversation between you and the customer.

Example of telephone script:

Ooi: Good morning Mr. Customer, my name is Ooi, I am calling from ABC Sendirian Berhad, are you convinient to take at this moment?

Mr. Customer: Yes

Ooi: Mr. Customer, the purpose of me calling you today is to share with you our latest product which is definitely can help your business grow significantly".

Could I meet you at your office at Tuesday morning 10am or Wednesday afternoon at 2pm, which is more convinient for you?

Mr. Customer: I think Wednesday afternoon at 2pm is convinient for me.

Ooi: Ok. I had just written it down on my organiser that we will meet on this Wednesday at your office at 2pm. See you on Wednesday and have a nice day. Thank you.

Write your telephone script and start the way by following the script when talking to your customer over the phone.
