I think he would have a better chance than the Colts have with Tony Dungy. That team would be 12-4 if Marty Mohrningweg was the head coach. Jon Gruden has proven that given the talent, he can win the big one unlike Tony Dungy....and he did it with Dungy's team.

In Tampa Bay, Dungy's team was known for its defense. In Indianapolis, Dungy's team is known for its offense. Players, and the right combination of them, win championships. Dungy and Gruden are both good coaches, and they have to work with the players they've got. I think Gruden would have as much chance of winning the Super Bowl in Indianapolis as Dungy does.

No, I think Tony Dungy is a better coach, even though he hasn't been to the super bowl yet.

Probably, Gruden is good at taking an existing top team to the playoffs/superbowl-- look at his record-- but Dungy is better at making a bad team into a top team.... as dual coaches, they would be impressive

He truly is a correct high quality coach and a classy guy. I analyze him and he's someone nicely worth admiring. notwithstanding the Colts truly do not seem that good immediately. They received this evening, yet i do not truly believe they have the skill to flow all the way this 12 months. Sorry...

If they played the Bucs yeah. Come on let's face reality. Gruden faced his team from the prior year. He KNEW the Raiders.
