which bell? i'm assuming you mean Charlie Bell from the bucks... dump wilcox for al jefferson, DEFINITELY dump patterson for bell, but hang on to childress he can be way better than Starvin Marvin

do not drop patterson for bell...with redd out patterson is going to be getting a lot of playing time and a lot of looks at the basket, never drop childress cause the kid produces all around the stat sheet for you and if you don't like you should trade him because other teams will definately want him
