What's the best wireless internet service for laptops?

I also dont want to spend a lot monthly on wireless internet for my laptop any suggestions?

Are you looking for a card that you can put into your laptop, that will work no matter where you are in a city, for instance? Or are you talking about having wireless capabilities at home or just at certain wireless 'hotspots'? If it's the latter, you just need a high speed internet connection, standard DSL, or cable. Then you get a wireless router and configure it.

If it's the former... sorry I haven't researched this recently. I know Roadrunner used to have a service. I think Sprint and Verizon may have services too.
