Shandave2! You have a very nice question to share with us.
Advice is a noun while Advise is a verb.
Examples 1.The students received pieces of advice from the teacher
2.The teacher advised the students.
What the teacher did was advising so the doing word is advise which sometimes reffered to as verb.
What the teacher gave the students was advice which is the noun.
Otherwise shandave2 i believe you feel the difference and make a good writing out of them.

C..is the Noun...S is the verb
Good advice I advise you....
Good practice Go to practise your ball skills.
By the way it's 'writing' not 'writting' (writting rhymes with hitting)
